The AWL is looking for stadium operation interns! Interns will learn how to operate a Major League quality facility and will gain valuable experience that they can take with them into the next phase of their careers. Stadium operations staff are responsible for everything from fan relations, concessions, grounds crew, facility management, and event planning. This internship opportunity is extremely valuable for anyone looking to get into not only the sports industry, but hospitality, event planning, and facility management careers as well!

Job Description:

Interns will assist in the management and operation of for the AWL’s concessions and hospitality services. The responsibilities of the interns include but are NOT limited to the following and are subject to change based on league needs: 

·         Operate stadium equipment

·         Customer service

·         Clean and organize facilities

·         Record inventory

·         Assist with concessions

·         Assist with other duties as assigned by Concessions Manager or Office Manager

Job Requirements:

·         Current student (undergraduate or graduate)

·         Excellent communication skills, particularly verbal communication skills

·         Outgoing and self-motivating personality

·         Reliable and the ability to follow instructions

Rate of Pay:

College credit available
